The club/team leader will announce the group-specific schedule.
Everyone must register for the photoshoot via the link on this page. Guardians must register underage subjects. Adults can register themselves.
By registering for the photoshoot, you agree to the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.

Instructions for filling out the registration page:
NOTE! Fill in all three steps. You will receive an email confirmation once the registration is complete.
If you are unable to attend the photoshoot, please cancel your registration by emailing info@expresskuva.fi.
Step 1. Provide the subject’s first and last name and select the team/group. In this section, you can register as many subjects as will participate in the photoshoot. Before saving, make sure you have selected the correct group for the subject.
If the subject is in multiple groups, select the so-called ”main group” from the list, and write the other groups in the ”Comments” section.
Step 2. Choose here whether or not you want to view the photos.
When you select the Basic Package for viewing, you will receive a message when the photos are available for viewing. You have 10 days from the receipt of the message to make your own order or cancel the basic package. You can also make exactly the order you want at this time. If you make your own photo order within 10 days, the basic package will be canceled. If you do not make your own order or cancel within this time, we will send you the basic package home for viewing. From this photo package, you can return the photos you want or the entire package at no cost whatsoever.
If you select the ”No Thanks” option, you will not receive any messages, no photo package, and the photos will not be available for viewing in the online service at all.
Step 3. Provide your own (guardian’s) contact information. Any photo orders will be sent to this address. Messages about the photos will be sent to the mobile phone and email provided here.
Player Card Folder Introduction
(Can only be ordered separately during registration)
The Player Card Folder is a digitally printed A4-sized stapled booklet that includes, among other things, 18 player cards measuring 6x9cm. You can keep 9 of these cards for FREE, even if you return the Player Card Folder.
It also features an approximately 30x40cm player poster with a portrait and group photo embedded in a beautiful graphic background.
The Player Card Folder also includes all photographed team photos from the club.
The Player Card Folder will be delivered approximately one month after the delivery of the Basic Photo Package.
The Player Card Folder costs 25,90 €.
You can return all products free of charge if you wish. There is no obligation to purchase.

Our online service allows you to place exactly the photo order you want. In the service, you can also combine all photographed children from the same family onto a single photo sheet, making photo orders affordable.
The price of the Basic Photo Package is €54.90 + delivery fee €4.90/shipment. Photo sheets can also be cut into sections, and you only pay for the photos you keep accordingly.
Terms: The photos are available for viewing in our online service for 10 days. If you do not place your own order or cancel the basic package, the basic package will be sent to your home for viewing for 20 days. After this time, photos cannot be returned. A delivery fee of €4.90/delivery is always added to the price of the photo package. Express-Kuva Oy pays for the possible return of photos. If we have to send a payment reminder, we charge a €5 reminder fee.
Group and portrait photos taken in this photoshoot may be used in various club activities. If the group decides to sell calendars, the group photo will be used in the calendar.
Personal Data Processing (GDPR): The controller of the personal data register is Express-Kuva. The participant/guardian consents to the storage of personal data collected through the electronic registration form and photographs taken during the photoshoot in our customer information system. Personal data is processed based on the data subject’s consent. The purpose of personal data processing is to enable the delivery and payment of photos and photo orders for the club and the participant/guardian. If consent to the processing of personal data is not given, the person cannot participate in the photoshoot. Data will not be disclosed for any other purpose than possible debt collection or official request. Data is not regularly transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill all of Express-Kuva’s obligations to the club and the photoshoot participant, i.e., as long as it can be assumed that the participant will order photos from the photoshoot. Express-Kuva may be obliged to retain some personal data for a longer period due to accounting or other mandatory legislation. The person in the register can at any time request an extract of their personal data, request the restriction of data processing, their correction or deletion from the register by contacting customer service. The data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority about how we process the data subject’s personal data. The complaint is made directly to the competent authority in the manner instructed by the competent authority, which in Finland is the Data Protection Ombudsman.
